"Sometimes you don't know what kind of person someone is, just look at their habits and you'll automatically understand their nature and what kind of person they are. Today we'll talk about habits... how small a word 'habits' is, but it's because of these habits that a person can become successful or poor in life. Many times in life, I feel like bringing good habits into my life so that I can move forward, but what to do, I'm forced by habits... see, the word 'habits' is also used in proverbs. Jokes apart, many times in life I feel like making good habits a part of my daily routine, like waking up early, etc., but my mind doesn't agree, or we practice good habits for a few days and then get bored, motivation ends, and we return to our old routine. You know why this happens? Because our human brain follows the law of least effort... our brain runs away from working. So we also have to work according to this favorite law of our brain... whatever habits you want to make a part of your life, just adjust them into your daily routine, don't make any extra effort. And secondly, make the good habits you want to follow interesting, because our brain enjoys interesting things... not understanding? Okay, let me simplify. Like exercising was very difficult for me, but I was stubborn, so I had to make exercise a part of my routine, and I've always been fond of listening to music... so now when I exercise, I listen to my favorite music with my headphones on... what happened? My work got done, and that too in an interesting way. Like I need to do face yoga, so what do I do? I do face yoga every day while applying moisturizer... that is, applying moisturizer is equal to face yoga. So you also make such small good habits a part of your life, and that too in an easy way."
