Cortisol = when we watch something stressful, disturbing , provoking content can elevate cortisol level, increases stress and anxiety.
Similarly watching thrilling, romantic, heartwarming, emotional, social content stimulate various hormone like oxytocin, adrenaline, endorphins , serotonin etc
This causes Disbalance of hormone, due to which body functioning become abnormal.........
