‘Your mind is a garden, cultivate it with care’

God has given various strengths to human beings as of animals and other creations.Humans despite having moral, social and psychological sense can know about their ethics, social manners and mental health. In the recent times, one of these cited senses have been affected, gradually because of over pressure, anxiety, bipolar disorder etc. While human beings have five senses contribute to different sensations and activities but each of them are interlinked with a hemispherical structure covered by a cranial bone known as ‘brain’.If brain stops working in its proper manner then many of the body functions may stops or cripples. So,we should organize chores to avoid mental chaos. However, in the era of modernity–where social media has jammed the human brain–with its versatile content and scenarios which has led to over-thinking and several brain disorders. It is often said that individuals engaged in various demanding activities may experience mood fluctuations, but in the case of Bipolar Disorder, these shifts are extreme and persistent, affecting the brain’s regulation of mood and energy, and leading to significant challenges in daily life.
•Measures to navigate mental disorder :
Routine work should be organized as it helps the individuals to set up routine chores in an arranged manner and gives a sense of normalcy regarding the work and should set small steps to create a sense of accomplishment. As,a healthy lifestyle includes a balanced diet, adequate sleep and routine exercise which is more important for everyone which are suffering from mental disorders.A balanced diet provides nourishment and supports brain health of the person suffering from the same, while adequate sleep feels a person of freshness. However, professional counseling such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal therapy (IPT) both are common forms of therapies used on censoring negative thought patterns and behavior improving interpersonal communication, respectively. There are many other means to overcome depression such as by consuming antidepressants but only on doctor's prescription.

In addition, managing mental disorders and stabilizing one's health are two key points we need to remember as our emotions and mental health plays a vital role for a good and successful lifestyle. All these things are God gifted so as now we are able to understand the feeling of our parents, friends and life partner. We should care about the whole system which manages each and every stance our our emotions (i.e Brain) with a comprehensive approach. We should organize chores with a proper management to avoid mental anxiety and depression. If not in our hands, then we should consult to doctor for medication and counselling. However, there is a need to link ourselves with the God and should live life with purpose to avoid irrelevant chaos. Significantly,we should follow a sleep cycle to avoid mental pressure and exhaustion and take time to enjoy nature.Nature has a potential to cure exhaustion but we need to concentrate on it.
