The Magahi Festival held at Bapu Tower in Patna sparked important discussions on Bihar's cultural heritage and social development. The event was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Bihar's rich Magahi culture and language, bringing together people from across the state. The festival invited distinguished speakers from various fields, with Dr. Neeraj Agrawal, the Director of the renowned CIMAGE College in Patna, being one of the key speakers. This event not only highlighted the significance of the Magahi language but also facilitated a deep and meaningful discussion about the direction of Bihar's development.

During the program, Dr. Neeraj Agrawal shared his thoughts on Bihar's economic and social upliftment, urging the youth to play an active role in the state’s development. He stated, "Today, Bihar faces many challenges, but if we want to take concrete steps toward the development of our state, it is crucial that we create employment opportunities within the state itself."

Dr. Agrawal further emphasized that Bihar holds numerous untapped opportunities, and the youth’s role in the state's development is vital. He believed that simply working in other states or abroad will not change Bihar’s economic landscape. "The youth must invest their energy and skills in the state to strengthen local businesses and industries. Through startups and new ventures, new job opportunities can be created, leading to not only economic growth but also societal prosperity," he said.

He clarified that Bihar has significant potential, especially in sectors like agriculture, tourism, crafts, and technology. If these sectors are utilized in the right direction, Bihar could reach new heights. He also pointed out that other states, such as Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Karnataka, have established self-reliant systems by providing employment opportunities to their youth within the state, and Bihar must seriously consider following a similar path.

At the end of the program, the organizers honored Dr. Agrawal by presenting him with a token of appreciation for his inspiring thoughts. Dr. Agrawal expressed his gratitude and said, "This honor is a source of inspiration for me, and I hope that together we can give Bihar a new direction and identity."

This event was not just a cultural celebration but also a call to action for Bihar's development. The Magahi Festival encouraged the youth of the state to understand their responsibility and actively contribute to creating employment opportunities within Bihar. It marked a significant step that could symbolize a new beginning for Bihar’s social and economic growth.
