The Ahemdabad Plane Crash And The Aviation Industry

India experiences a very low number of fatel plane crashes each year, india has seen a significant decrease in accident rate per million departures in recent years with some year with zero accidents, since 1945 india has experienced 95 fatal civil airliner accidents but today I'm addressing the biggest civil aviation crash in the Indian aviation industry.

This article is about to address the elephant in the room the ahemdabad plane crash on june 12,an Air India Boeing 787 Dreamliner flight carrying 242 people to London Gatwick Airport, went down moments after it took off from Ahmedabad airport at 1.38 pm, killing 241 of those on board.

The plane crash is one of the biggest plane crash in the history of civil aviation sector and its terrifying. As the investigation is still going on to find the exact reason of the crash of AI-171 experts call it the rarest of the rare and the reason could be 'loss of thrust'. 

There are key legislation and regulations by Indian government to maintain the aviation industry such as Aircraft act,1934 which provides the framework for regulating all aspects of aircraft activity in India but still this crash happened,a deep investigation is needed to understand every single fault possible to find out the reason behind the crash.

while briefing about the crash Ram Mohan naidu( minister of civil aviation)ensured for investigation and future reforms to strengthen aviation safety, We should be ready for some future reforms to strengthen the aviation safety to ensure that such incidents won't repeat in future.
