1. Everything can go wrong. Love, life, career, health- everything. But look at you. You made it till here. Eventually, you will get where you will feel like you finally belong.
2. You don't have to always thrive. Sometimes, or maybe most of the time you may have to just survive. Being in survival mode is absolutely fine.

5. Therapy is precious than all stocks, mutual funds, bonds, IPO's, gold and real estate combined. It's worth every penny you spend.
6. No matter what social media tells you, "fancy" and "aesthetic" are words that describe only pictures- not your home, your kitchen, your hair, or your fridge. Basic is fine. Ordinary is fine.
7. Don't let FOMO drive you into a relationship or get you married. It's totally cool to be the odd one out.

9. Stop chasing everything that people call as an "ideal" version of something. Chase what gives you peace, joy, and hope.
10. What's "bare minimum" for you may be "the best" for somebody else. Be sensitive to the circumstances and abilities of others.
11. Learn to take a joke. Not everything needs to be debated.
12. Observe more and talk less. You will see through people.
13. Be humble enough to change an opinion and correct yourself. You cannot be right all the time. And- a simple sorry will not melt your self respect.
14. Cats, dogs, and plants are better than people. Invest in one. Or all.
15. A late night hot shower in a dimly lit washroom will ease your soul after a bad day. Give it a try. (With some brandy if you like)
16. Sometimes, all it takes to de-clutter your head is getting up, cleaning your room, changing the sheets, and spraying some perfume.
17. Light a candle once in a while. It'll give you hope.
18. Atomic habits do make a difference. Small wins add up to something big. Try them.
19. Choosing to see only the good parts in people all the time is exactly what makes us victims of toxicity. Stop ignoring the bad parts.
20. If you are still trying to please everyone around you- remember that you are a human being, not a piece of chocolate.
21. Congratulate those who decide to stay single or not become a parent just the way you would congratulate those who choose to do otherwise.
22. Empathy is the need of the hour. Have it and be around those who have it.
23. If you haven't been able to tick off a single resolution you made last year, hear this out loud: YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Don't hold yourself back from repeating the same old resolutions.
24. Better days will come. Despite all odds, you will be okay. You will make it through 2024 just the way you made it through 2023- just better.
